TRAINING: Inquest Procedure, Case Law and Recent Developments (19 Sept 2017)

INQUEST warmly invites interested legal professionals to a conference on Tuesday 19 September 2017, 16.00-19.30 on recent developments in inquest law, practice and procedure.
Specialist inquest practitioners, including Clair Hilder (Hodge Jones & Allen LLP), Jesse Nicholls (Doughty Street Chambers), Emma Norton (LIBERTY), Kate Stone (Garden Court North Chambers) and Tom Stoate (Garden Court Chambers) will cover a wide range of the current key issues in inquest law, practice and procedure, including:
• Current inquest procedure.
• Case law update and recent developments.
• Article 2 ECHR – where are we at?
• Update on funding and new provider pack for ECF (inquests).
• Deepcut Inquests.
Training materials will be provided to all delegates on arrival.

Venue: Fieldfisher, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.
Cost: £60 for Inquest Lawyers Group members, £40 for junior barristers (less than 3 years call + pupils) and £85 for non Inquest Lawyers Group members. All proceeds go to INQUEST and will help to support our vital work.
