INQUEST provides a free legal and advice service to bereaved families and friends
   on the inquest system. It offers specialist advice to bereaved people, lawyers, advice
   agencies, policy makers,the media and the general public on contentious deaths and
   their investigation, with a particular focus on deaths in custody.
